[PVE-User] USB Mapping Problem

Hi,

I'm unable to get 9 USB devices to map to a VM apparently because I have
them routed through 2 USB hubs in series.

My lsusb -t looks like this:

root at TappanZee:~# lsusb -t

/: Bus 07.Port 1: Dev 1, Class=root_hub, Driver=xhci_hcd/2p, 5000M

    |__ Port 1: Dev 2, If 0, Class=stor., Driver=usb-storage, 5000M

/: Bus 06.Port 1: Dev 1, Class=root_hub, Driver=xhci_hcd/2p, 480M

/: Bus 05.Port 1: Dev 1, Class=root_hub, Driver=uhci_hcd/2p, 12M

/: Bus 04.Port 1: Dev 1, Class=root_hub, Driver=uhci_hcd/2p, 12M

/: Bus 03.Port 1: Dev 1, Class=root_hub, Driver=uhci_hcd/2p, 12M

/: Bus 02.Port 1: Dev 1, Class=root_hub, Driver=uhci_hcd/2p, 12M

/: Bus 01.Port 1: Dev 1, Class=root_hub, Driver=ehci_hcd/8p, 480M

    |__ Port 6: Dev 3, If 0, Class=hub, Driver=hub/4p, 480M

        |__ Port 1: Dev 4, If 0, Class=hub, Driver=hub/4p, 480M

            |__ Port 4: Dev 25, If 0, Class=hub, Driver=hub/4p, 480M

                |__ Port 1: Dev 33, If 0, Class=vend., Driver=cp210x, 12M

                |__ Port 2: Dev 32, If 0, Class=vend., Driver=cp210x, 12M

                |__ Port 3: Dev 26, If 0, Class=hub, Driver=hub/4p, 480M

                    |__ Port 1: Dev 35, If 0, Class=vend., Driver=cp210x,
12M

                    |__ Port 2: Dev 34, If 0, Class=vend., Driver=cp210x,
12M

                    |__ Port 3: Dev 36, If 0, Class=vend., Driver=cp210x,
12M

                |__ Port 4: Dev 27, If 0, Class=hub, Driver=hub/4p, 480M

                    |__ Port 1: Dev 28, If 0, Class=vend., Driver=cp210x,
12M

                    |__ Port 2: Dev 29, If 0, Class=vend., Driver=cp210x,
12M

                    |__ Port 3: Dev 30, If 0, Class=vend., Driver=cp210x,
12M

                    |__ Port 4: Dev 31, If 0, Class=vend., Driver=cp210x,
12M

Since it's the If 0, Class=vend., Driver=cp210x, 12M device I'm after, I
added this to my VM config:

usb0: host=1-6.1.4.4.1

usb1: host=1-6.1.4.4.2

usb3: host=1-6.1.4.4.3

usb4: host=1-6.1.4.4.4

usb5: host=1-6.1.4.2

usb5: host=1-6.1.4.1

usb6: host=1-6.1.4.3.2

usb7: host=1-6.1.4.3.1

usb8: host=1.6.1.4.3.3

What am I doing wrong?

How else do I map these devices to the VM?

Please someone advise.

Thanks,

Chris
