[PVE-User] Something strange with the KVM VM

Greetings. 

I have configured a two-node cluster high availability. All good, but something strange is happening: when I create a virtual machine with Windows, it don´t show the installation ISO IDE device.

I've done the steps several times, but I get the same results.

What can that be?
