[PVE-User] Add IP address to Windows KVM

Thank you all so much for your guidance.

After trying Hectors Method.. at first there were issue until i started
trying the Bridge's (vmbr14) Models out

I found the Realtec model work and connected properly the rest probably
needed more attention.. or may be i am missing something.

Any thoughts ?
