 Oh, I forgot the most important part!

It is much better to create pools referencing to disks by id, instead of their names: it is hard to recover in any situation or just move from one server to an other.


Like this:
zpool create -f -o ashift=12 rpool mirror /dev/disk/by-id/scsi-SATA_VBOX_HARDDISK_VB36f143cd-f66be985 scsi-SATA_VBOX_HARDDISK_VB65ee0fc1-be50526b mirror scsi-SATA_VBOX_HARDDISK_VBa9dd99c6-905d92f0 scsi-SATA_VBOX_HARDDISK_VBf8fa61c8-3707c5fe
