[PVE-User] User rights bug

[IMMO WETZEL]

I'm assigned to the administrator role globally...

But If I change the permissions on a specific VM to PVEVMUser I'm not able to change anything on this VM anymore. Even change back my role on this VM isn't possible anymore...
>From my point of view the administrator role of the user should overrule the VM user permission. But this isn't the case..
