No, not greyed-out, it isn't simply there. It should be at the
"hardware" - "display" position of a VM.

And just like the "firewall" tab in "datacenter" mode, it isn't simply
there.

The graphic card has the following options:

Default
Standard VGA
VMWare compatible
Cirrus Logic GD5446

There is no "spice".
