[PVE-User] I cant not shutdown VM

I installed my version of Proxmox 4.0 I have two VM with Windows 8.1 
that I can turn them shows me this error "TASK ERROR: VM quit / 
powerdown failed - got timeout" and from the windows does not leave me 
the button off any idea, solution
