Hi Everyone,

I'm doing more research on using FreeNAS for our storage solution. I know the Proxmox Wiki Article has concerns about using BSD because of the iSCSI target.

https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Storage:_ZFS_over_iSCSI

However, FreeBSD 10.3 (which FreeNAS 9.10 is based on) now provides a new iSCSI target (ctld). It appears to solve the concerns about restarting for LUN changes.

https://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=ctld&sektion=8

Has anyone tried the new version of FreeNAS with iSCSI yet?

Thanks,
Daniel
