[PVE-User] LXC container rootfs

Hi list,
in my proxmox infrastructure, i created a container and installed some
packets on it.
Then, i want to create an lxc template.
the container files shoud be in /var/lib/lxc/lxc-id/rootfs/
The issue i'm facing is rootfs is sometimes empty while the container is
running.
At the same time, i removed CT's and their file system is always exiting.
So my question is how proxmox manages the container file systems, and where
can i find my container just created files
