Hi,
There is one step to Update repository and system by running:
apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade
My solution is just replace this step's commands with following :

apt-get clean

apt-get update

aptitude safe-upgrade --full-resolver

And then go on with proxmox how-to instructions.

Thanks Anby,

Do you mean i replace all apt-get commands with aptitude mentioned in the proxmox howto ? or just for installing dbus package?

I used to face similar dependency problems when I updated my PVE a few days ago. And here is my solution:
use "aptitude"  instead of "apt-get".

Best regards.

Try from CLI:
sudo dpkg --configure -a
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade (Just to be sure)
