[PVE-User] disk parameter "backup=no" is now "backup=0"?

yes, all config options of type boolean can be set to 1/on/yes/true or
0/off/no/false and the parser will correctly interpret them. you don't
need to update your configs, but PVE will set the boolean options to 1
(or 0, which are the internal representations) when writing the config
file.
