[PVE-User] Live Migration between Storage

I only use the disk type set to virtio in hardware, I haven't tried
the SCSI one at all.
But I was referring to the new virtio driver, I thought that's what
you were talking about but it's something else, I believe they haven't
finalised the specs yet.
