[PVE-User] [Suggestion] Warn when overcommiting on storage

Hi,

Not sure where the best place for this is, but it'd really be great if
proxmox could warn you when you are creating / increasing a disk if you
are about to go over the storage limit.

Currently, you take a look at your storage and think you have free space
without realising it's allocated to other VMs but just not used. Proxmox
knows how large a storage is, and how much is allocated to each VM, a
little warning would probably be easy to add and would help a lot.
