[PVE-User] win 2012 | resize disk, new size not seen from windows

Hi all,

In the end, I removed the disk from the windows server in the proxmox
gui and added a new larger disk. I was able to get my data back from
backups.

I tried expanding this new disk, and that did work exactly as expected.

No idea what the problem was with the original disk.
