[pve-devel] openvswitch not available in proxmox pve-enterprise repo

I see that when you try to configure OVS in pve-manager,and openvswitch-switch is not installed,

Network.pm throw an error:

"Open VSwitch is not installed (need package 'openvswitch-switch')"


Maybe it could be great to have something like:

"Open VSwitch is not installed (<a href="wiki link">Read install documentation</a>')"

I think the easiest solution is to tell users howto configure correct repositories, see: 

https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Package_repositories 

IMHO, adding meta-packages adds more confusion. 

In future, we can think of installing openvswitch by default (add a dependency). We just 
need to make sure that no services are started until enabled by the user.
