Since it is >2.6.20 I thought you take the modules from the
kernel-source, my fault.

Because yours is working and mine not.
If you get the source-package, meet some dependencies and fire up the
build process it should work OOTB.
Why publish a tarball that doesn't build, and has to be debugged before?

I had the impression that the released tarball would be the one that 
built the stable-release. Therefore I didn't expect bugs in the tarball 
itself, but in my ennvironment...
Obviously I was wrong. Please see the attached patch that fixes my 
issue. There is also a minor issue with false md5sums in pve-kvm_75-1.dsc
