[PVE-User] Ubuntu DAB

There are no dab sources for the Ubuntu templates (due to problems with upstart).

The ubuntu template is from the OpenVZ team:

http://wiki.openvz.org/Download/template/precreated

We simply include that for your convenience.

I've noticed that you released application templates for Ubuntu Lucid.
When I download the source files from http://download.proxmox.com/sources/dab-pve-appliances_2011-05-10.tar.gz, there are no templates for Ubuntu Lucid.

Where can I download these, so I can build my own application templates based on Ubuntu Lucid?
