[PVE-User] additional info about fencing

Hi everybody,

when setting up fencing with Dell iDRAC6 the config example for DRRAC5 
is not working as given in http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Fencing

After some research with google and testing manually I discovered that
cmd_prompt="admin1->" has to be added in <fencedevice > definitions.

So this should prbably be added to the wiki.
