[PVE-User] KVM_AMD

Hi Dean,

Your processor has virtualization extensions (svm), OK, but did you 
verify if it was enabled in the BIOS ?
I can be wrong (no example before hand), but I guess that svm extensions 
can appear even if they are disabled in BIOS.
