[PVE-User] Problem activating fencing

I have a 2U Supermicro Twin2 and am setting up fencing via IPMI.  I have run the ccs_config_validate command via terminal with success however when I go to activate the new config file in Proxmox I get this error:

config validation failed: /usr/sbin/ccs_config_validate: line 186: 56673 Segmentation fault ccs_config_dump > $tempfile (500)

Ideas?
