[PVE-User] resize openvz on guest OS

hi guys,..

any body can share, how to resize disk if i'm use openvz format?

after i'm looking for this link = 
http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Resizing_disks#Enlarge_the_virtual_disk.28s.29_in_Proxmox,..

i'm steel can not find this one .......:
"cd /var/lib/vz/images/xxx qemu-img convert diskimage.vmdk diskimage.raw"


QUESTION:
1> i can not start to open VNC console(always error to connect)?

2> is there any clue, where the path of vmdk file ?
