[PVE-User] Ceph don't WORK (NTP Time ?)

Hello, 

I have 3 nodes and i configure ceph in all node. 
When i create OSD in GUI, it's work just for one. 


In PVE1 there is osd.0 
PVE2 nothing 
PVE3 nothing 

There is no error when i create OSD. 
just : Warning: The kernel is still using the old partition table. 
The new table will be used at the next reboot. 
The operation has completed successfully. 
TASK OK" 

So i restart node but i have no OSD.

so i have test systemd-timesyncd in ALL node. 
https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Configuration_of_Time_Syncronization_(NTP) 


But i have same error... 

Please, help me.
