[PVE-User] pve-kernel-4.13.13-5-pve hang with high IO

Hi all,

First of all, thanks to all who replied the original message.

This machine has been working without issues since the hang last 
tuesday, without us knowingly changing anything, so we're archiving this 
as an UFO sighting unless it happens again.
