I am a server admin, and operations manager for an IT firm.

I have been an avid Linux user for about 10 years, and have been advocating the use of ProxMox ever since I discovered it. Instead of doing the usual of going into a small business and selling an overkill SBS server, and reinstalling all of the client's backoffice software, we prefer to go in with a nice ProxBox (is that a real word? It should be), virtualize all of their current servers, and have them on new, beefy hardware without having to rebuild their entire infrastructure. Then as needs arise, we through up new VMs and migrate software as needed.
