I have obtained a bachelors degree in applied Computer Sciences. Immediately after graduating, I started out as Support engineer in a telecommunications company which builds a platform around the asterisk opensource pbx project. I was focusing on service delivery and service assurance. I'm now a Product Development Engineer in that same company.
