Luis Benito is an Exhibition Speaker.

Luis Benito is currently in charge of Global Strategic Marketing for Gas Technology, Container Ships and Bulk Carriers and Tankers markets for Lloyd’s Register Marine, since May 2012 based at Singapore. He is in charge of connecting technical development and market opportunities.

Previously, he was in charge of Lloyd’s Register’s Korea Marine Business Development Team, from 2006 to 2008, and became responsible for overall business at Korea as Country and Marine Manager, from 2008 to 2012.

Previous to this, Luis accumulated experience in performing duties as Field Surveyor and Project Manager at several postings at Spain and Korea. He joined Lloyd’s Register in January 1992.

He holds a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Madrid Polytechnic University, Spain.
