[PVE-User] Updates for 1.9

Hi,

there are no new packages for 1.9, also the base, Debian Lenny does not get security updates anymore. I highly recommend everybody to move to latest 2.x.

a single host inplace upgrade from 1.9 to 2.0 is possible, see http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Upgrade_from_1.9_to_2.0
